can I BRING MY OWN BOTTLES AND REFILL AT THE STORE?

yes!! bring your own clean bottles and jars to refill!! That’s why we exist!! Any bottle will do and its ok if its plastic because we love to REUSe!!!

Do you ship?

yes!! We ship to the lower 48 states but we don’t ship our 64 ounce glass jugs because you know, they don’T really hold up well when we ship those big containers. We also have a gift option so if your order is a gift we will make it look “gifty” and add a note from you!

do i have to do the refilling or can you do it for me?

fun fact, lots of our customers love to refill with us but don’t love the actual process so just let us know what you want in your containers and we’ll do it for you!!! If you do love to refill your containers then we will weigh them for you and let you refill !!

 

how does good bottle loop work?

Good bottle loop brings the refill shop to you. Love ordering online? Love getting your products delivered? We’ll fill up our bottles and jars in our bottles and deliver it to your doorstep or get it packed ready for pick up. “loop” means you can give us the empty bottles back and we’ll refund you for the bottle so you are just buying what’s inside (just like you would do if you go to the shop).

good bottle loop For local delivery orders:

Orders must be placed 2 days before the delivery date. We will text you when your order is en route which is usually but not always in the afternoon. We will text you when your order is en route and again once its been delivered to your doorstep. we will accept your empty bottles in a bag with your name on it and give you a refund for any containers you placed on the order we are delivering. Refunds are processed between 5-7 days and may vary during holidays.

Orders must be placed by midnight for pick up the following day. We will text you when your order has been filled/packed. we will accept your empty bottles and give you a refund for any containers you placed on the order you are picking up Refunds are processed between 5-7 days and may vary during holidays.

Other good bottle loop tips

  1. you must give us back the bottles in a bag with your name on it because we process the refunds once a week and can only refund if we know who it’s from.

  2. we will only accept our own bottles. with our labels on them. We will not refund any bottles that don’t have our labels.

  3. you keep the pumps and sprayers for yourself you will not be refunded if you give us a bottle with a pump or a sprayer (hot tip: order without the pump and drop your old pump in it).

  4. we refund bottle for bottle and jar for jar, if you order a pre-filled product you can get refunded for the container of equal or lesser value, if you order 10 bottles you can return and be refunded for 10 empty bottles. BOTTLE FOR BOTTLE ALSO MEANS THAT WE ACCEPT THE SAME BOTTLE EVEN IF IT had DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.

how much does good bottle refund for the empty bottles we return? (REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ONLY IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF EQUAL VALUE… THAT’S WHY ITS CALLED A LOOP and not a deposit)

*we cannot accept any pumps or sprayers back, if we do get a pump or sprayer, we deduct $1 from your refund to pay for the cost of terracycle.

*bottles are only refunded for online orders for pick up only. We do not refund if you come to the store and refill (cause you can just refill those exact bottles).

HOW DOes good bottle CLEAN AND SANITIZE?

we are lucky to have a commercial-grade kitchen sink and we are washing these bottles according to restaurant food-grade sanitizing guidelines and products. we have a strict standard operating procedure.

 

what do you do with the buckets and barrels your bulk products come in?

Most of our suppliers take back our buckets and 30 gallon barrels when they are empty and this is why we call it a “circular economy”.

some of our brands ship the product in soft plastic “smart bags” that are in a cardboard box. Once the product is emptied into our containers, the plastic bag can be balled up the size of a snowball… then we put it in our Terra Cycle box. For other containers we have to discard, we first offer them to various organizations in the community that can re-use these bulk bottles and buckets. If anything is leftover after that, we use Terra Cycle, an innovative recycling company that has become a global leader in recycling hard-to-recycle waste.
