HOW IT WORKS

just like the milk man used to do it years ago. We deliver your filled bottles and you leave us your empty good bottles for us to take off your hands so they don’t pile up in your home. We literally buy back the bottles we sell to you…it’s our way of doing refills for delivery and curbside orders. just keep in mind that We ONLY buy back bottles for delivery and pickup orders placed online. AND we refund bottle for bottle…That means we cannot pay you for more bottles than you have purchased.

GOOD BOTTLE LOOP DELIVERY

on the day we deliver your good bottles. just leave your empty good bottles outside your doorstep in our good bottle bag or any bag with your name on it for us to take. WE ONLY TAKE BACK THE BOTTLES YOU ORDERED WHICH IS WHY WE CALL IT BOTTLE FOR BOTTLE DELIVERY. IF YOU HAVE AN EMPTY BOTTLE BUT YOU ARE NOT READY TO ORDER THAT PRODUCT YET, JUST SAVE IT FOR THE NEXT TIME YOU ORDER THAT PRODUCT.

1. you must give us back the bottles in a bag with your name on it (preferably the bag we deliver in) because we process the refunds once a week and can only refund if we know who it’s from. name or order# is acceptable. Order by midnight for next day delivery…. but we’ll try and accommodate same day if we can.

2. BOTTLES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUNDS AT THE SHOP IF YOU COME TO REFILL. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED AGAINST BOTTLES RETURNED FOR ONLINE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP ONLY.

3. we will only accept our own bottles. with our labels on them. We will not refund any bottles that don’t have our labels. IF YOU PUT A BOTTLE WITHOUT A LABEL IN YOUR RETURN baG, YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED FOR IT. We process refunds once a week.

4. you keep the pumps and sprayers for yourself…. and on your reorder, order a bottle without a pump because you already have one and you can just drop it into the filled bottle you get … how brilliant right???

5. we refund bottle for bottle, if you order a bottle you can return a bottle, if you order 10 bottles you can return 10 bottles…. if you order 1 bottle you cannot return any more than 1 bottle. BOTTLE FOR BOTTLE ALSO MEANS THAT WE ACCEPT THE SAME BOTTLE EVEN IF IT’S DIFFERENT PRODUCTS.

GOOD BOTTLE LOOP PICK UP

If you choose pick up at check out. you can bring your empty bottles to the store when you pick up your order, JUST GIVE US the bag of empties with your name on it. we process refunds every Wednesday OR Thursday. We only accept our bottles with our labels. If we receive a bottle without a label we will NOT refund.

how much does good bottle refund for the empty bottles we return? (REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ONLY IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE OF EQUAL VALUE… THAT’S WHY ITS CALLED A LOOP)

*we cannot accept any pumps or sprayers back, if we do get a pump or sprayer, we deduct $1 from your refund to pay for the cost of terracycle.

*bottles are only refunded for online orders for delivery or pick up only. We do not refund if you come to the store and refill (cause you can just refill those exact bottles).

HOW DOes good bottle CLEAN AND SANITIZE?

we are lucky to have a commercial-grade kitchen sink and we are washing these bottles according to restaurant food-grade sanitizing guidelines and products. we have a strict standard operating procedure.

How are our bulk containers recycled?

At good bottle, we have very high standards of recycling. Some of our suppliers take back our used containers to sterilize, refill and send back to us filled with product. This helps us stay zero waste throughout the entire process.

Most of our brands ship us the product in soft plastic “smart bags” that are in a cardboard box. Once the product is emptied into our containers, the plastic bag can be balled up the size of a snowball… then we put it in our Terra Cycle box. For other containers we have to discard, we first offer them to various organizations in the community that can re-use these bulk bottles and buckets. If anything is leftover after that, we use Terra Cycle, an innovative recycling company that has become a global leader in recycling hard-to-recycle waste.

Here at Good Bottle we go to great lengths to produce the least amount of waste.
